AJT Tax Advice Costa Tropical

These general conditions regulate the use (and the mere access) to the web pages that make up the web site TAX LEGAL LAWYERS S.L. AJT ( Tax Advice), including the contents and services at the disposal in them (the AJT ( Tax Advice) site). Anyone who access to the site AJT ( Tax Advice) (“USER”) accepts to submit to these general conditions current at any time he has access to the web site.

The contents and services AJT ( Tax Advice) puts at the user´s disposal on the AJT ( Tax Advice) site ( respectively « contents » and « services ») will, in the same way, be regulated by particular conditions that, in case of conflict, will prevail over the general conditions (the « Particular Conditions »). This site doesn´t constitute a source of advice or a means to set up a professional relation or of any other kind between the customer and the lawyer.

Use

Unles the Particular Conditions state something else, the use of this site will be free, without prejudice to the cost of the connection of the user.

The user is aware and accepts voluntarily and expressly that the use of the site is done, in any case, under his unique and sole responsibility.

While using the site AJT ( Tax Advice), the user commits himself not to carry any behaviour that may damage the image, interests and rights of AJT ( Tax Advice), or third parties, or damage, disable or overload the web site, or prevent, in any way, the proper use of the site AJT ( Tax Advice).

It is expressly forbidden for the user to reproduce, transform, distribute, publicly communicate, put at the disposal of, extract, reuse, forward or use of any kind or by any means or procedure of any of them. Except in the cases the owner of the respective rights legally authorizes or allows to do so.

The user will be able to display and to obtain a temporary private copy of the contents for the exclusive personal and private use in their computer systems (software and hardware) as long as the purpose is not to carry out any commercial or professional activity.

The user will have to refrain from obtaining, or trying to obtain the contents by other means or procedures different from those that have been put at his disposal or appointed to that effect or those regularly used in Internet (as long as the last ones don´t carry a risk of harm or disablement of the AJT ( Tax Advice) site).
