AJT ( Tax Advice) considers that a tax consultancy on the Costa Tropical should be specialised to the extent that companies on the agricultural sector require, as they are the true invigorating factors of the economy on the Costa Tropical of Granada Spain.
AJT ( Tax Advice) ,set up in 2005 a department for these companies and took on a specialist in the agricultural field on the Costa Tropical of Granada Spain, Paola Sierra (lawyer at the Bar of Granada) who has been trained by our Technical Group (in charge of tax inspectors in leave of absence) all through these years in the tax context.

AJT ( Tax Advice ), offers its tax advice to the agricultural companies on the Costa Tropical of Granada Spain, with the same aim as with the others : to minimize their tax cost and, by the way, the tax prevention. However, as this sector is such a particular one, we think it´s convenient to mention, among others, the following services :

- Proceeding and presentation of all the tax models before the national, regional or local tax administration, and above all the models 190 ( suppliers, farmers, transporters), 340 and 349.
- Study of the taxation form that best suits the customer´s specific requirements, in objective estimation scheme.

AJT ( Tax Advice ), has found in some of these companies, failures in their society structure and in their economic operations planning, that increase unnecessarily their tax costs and make them unvolounteer candidates to be inspected by the National Tax Agency.
AJT ( Tax Advice ), before assuming the tax advisory of the agricultural companies, studies their society structure, their taxes and their accountancy to determine, first, the accurate actions that have to be applied to minimize the risk of inspection from the National Tax Agency and, secondly, to reduce their tax cost. |
