AJT ( Tax Advice ), started the activity of this department in 2005, coinciding with the opening of our office in Costa Tropical of Granada Spain. |
Since its conception, the direction of this department was taken over by one of the founding partners, Borja Lopez, who apart from his theoretical training, lawyer at the Bar Association of Madrid, joins more than 20 years of practical experience and tax advice in the field .

In the case of products subject to special taxes, the State Tax Agency derives any liability to the consignor.

Given the narrow margin per liter and the very high tax per liter, sanctions are not proportionate to the profit margin. |

AJT ( Tax Advice ), , is perfectly aware that when the State Tax Agency authorities detect a problem concerning oil taxes, it is difficult to come to a reasonable solution for the customer without him having to pay a substantial sanction to the State Tax Agency.
AJT ( Tax Advice ), , has succeeded in reducing the courts, the amount of some of the sanctions imposed by the State Tax Agency to some of our clients who demanded our services when their procedures had exhausted the administrative way, recommends as the only tool to avoid surprises, a preventive and specialised advice, and the continuous updating and deep knowledge of the applicable law.
